Refunds will not be issued for products that are postmarked after 14 days from the delivery date. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except in the event the item shipped was received incorrectly.

 

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. A full refund will be credited. Please allow up to 30 days for your account to be credited.
